BUT … over the last 2 years a revolution has happened. Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.
Like many people I started exploring what something like ChatGPT could do for me as an MC.
Initially I learnt how to use it to Review my own Scripts and offer Feedback. This saved me a bit of time and I got better at developing the all important Prompts.
With the skills I had developed I then started asking for it to actually suggest Script ideas and do Research for me. This is really where the magic started to happen.
Now that AI is an important part of my process I’ve written up everything I have learnt so far.
The book has tripled in size since the first Edition and is now 35 pages.

The first section, takes you step by step through the Frameworks I have used for the last 30 years in my MC work. How I construct an Opening, Introduction, Thanks or Closing. With examples.
The next section explores what I have learnt about writing an Effective Prompt for ChatGPT. Note – this information will work with other Large Language Models like Claude as well and is a good primer for anyone starting out experimenting with AI.
Then I give you exact “Fill in the Blank” Prompts and Guidelines to generate scripts in those 4 areas. I’ve also included generated responses so you can check if you are on track.
And the next section takes you step by step through using AI to Review your own scripts. What to do and What NOT to do.
